The Dulaig garden opens for charity

The ducklings had their own sign for our Open Garden day!We opened The Dulaig garden to the public today as part of Strathspey Opens Gardens event to raise funds for two local charities, Grantown Museum and Riding for the Disabled.

Even though we were busy all day with visitors enjoying our garden the wild ducks who love lazing on our lawn did not leave. We did have a little sign up letting visitors know about our five little ducklings and we are delighted to say the wee ones were not at all disturbed by all the excitement.

A great day was had by all, I am delighted to say!

Closing

The Dulaig B&B is now closed.

It has been our absolute pleasure to share our home, garden, love of Scotland and of food, with guests over the past 14 years. The experience of running our B&B exceeded our wildest dreams however we - Carol, Gordon (& The Cake Fairy) - have hung up our aprons for the last time.

Thank you to the wonderful guests from all over the world who have stayed with us. You have given us so many special memories which we will always treasure. Thank you too, everyone else who has supported us: your confidence in us was appreciated more than words can say.
