Terms and Conditions
Only two of our three rooms are available to let at any one time.
All prices shown include taxes where appropriate.
Booking Deposit: A deposit of 10% of the value of the total booking is required and the balance is payable at the end of your stay.
Payment methods accepted: Cash, Visa/Mastercard/Amex credit or debit cards, Paypal.
Children: We have no family rooms at The Dulaig and we do not normally accept children under the age of 12 years. There is no price reduction for children.
Pets are not allowed except for Assistance Dogs.
Smoking is not permitted.
Check in time: 16.00 or later. If you plan to arrive later than 21.00 please let us know.
Check out on day of departure: 10.30
Cancellation: If you cancel your booking more than 5 days before midday on the date of arrival, we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid. If you cancel your booking less than 5 days before midday on the date of arrival, we reserve the right to charge the price due for the first night’s stay. If, after your arrival, you choose to curtail your stay and leave before the end of the full duration of your booking we may charge you an amount up to the full balance for your full booking as reimbursement for any nights when the accommodation cannot be re-let to other customers.
Tariff: We reserve the right to vary the tariff at any time.
